The graphic, printing and illustrative treatment of the books makes them one work of art after another. Every year, under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic and the Memorial of National Literature, the most beautiful ones are nominated and awarded in seven genre categories. The winning books published last year can be viewed in a special bookcase in the foyer of the City Picture Gallery on the second castle arcades. Litomyšl will be the first place where you will be able to see them together and browse through them.
